Dries Van Noten offers a seamless return process for items in their original condition, with all tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and certain delicate accessories are final sale to maintain our standards of craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the provided shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL or UPS return shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off the package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup, then monitor your return status via the tracking link provided.
